Medical cannabis has officially been made available in pharmacies throughout the Czech Republic effective April 1, 2013, and no we aren’t foolin’. The miraculous substance will be available for those individuals that have been authoritatively diagnosed with one or more of the numerous ailments designated via the government’s rubrics and regulations. North Carolina Bill Could Decriminalize Marijuana

A bill introduced by State Rep. Kelly Alexander, Jr. (D-Mecklenburg) to downgrade the penalty for simple possession of marijuana in North Carolina passed first reading Wednesday and was referred to the House Committee on Judiciary.
