Florida Supreme Court Approves Medical Marijuana Initiative To Go On November Ballot

A Florida measure that would allow the use of medical marijuana has cleared its final hurdle and will be on the November ballot. The state Supreme Court on Monday approved the language for the proposed constitutional amendment.
