Total scam shop! Last night 11/4, 2 African-American men were working the desk and I asked to look at resonable priced vaping pens. I was shown 4, when I asked for eperience they pointed me to the Ooze Tanker, $45? When I purchased and got home I checked the internet for mail order which would be $30 from the manufactures website... Difference of $15 or 1/3rd the price discount from the manufactors website OR 50% markup on items. They refused to refund the item when I returned the next day within 24 hours unused & in the box with receipt, "absolutely no refunds allowed!" What bull is that? This is America and I can let the world know that this jerk will loose more than $15 on that mistake... I intend to paste this review for "HAVANA MAX in DC" everywhere I get a chance, because the jerks that wouldn't let me refund this Ooze will loose much more in lost business because all who read this review will go elsewhere for business.
