Second Arkansas Medical Marijuana Ballot Initiative Language Approved

Arkansas Attorney General Dustin McDaniel has approved the language of a second ballot initiative to legalize medical marijuana in the state. The initiative submitted by Arkansans for Compassionate Care was certified by McDaniel’s office Thursday, allowing the group to begin gathering the 62,507 signatures needed to place the proposed initiative on the November 2014 ballot.
